Delivery, returns & privacy

We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh through trusted courier partners. Orders are dispatched from our production house in Hemayetpur, Savar.

Stitched and unstitched pieces in stock ship the next working day. Made-to-order and bulk pieces follow the timeline we agree with you in writing. During Eid and Pohela Boishakh, courier networks are slower than usual and we will tell you the revised date before dispatch.

You can pay by cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer. For cash on delivery, the courier collects the full amount including the delivery charge when the parcel reaches you.

For mobile financial services we send the receiving number after you place the order. Bulk and made-to-order work is confirmed with an advance, and the balance is settled before dispatch. We never ask for your PIN or OTP — nobody from Fashion Circle 15 will request it.

If a size does not fit, you may exchange it within three days of delivery. The piece must be unused and unwashed, with tags intact and the original packaging. Send us a photo on WhatsApp first so we can reserve the replacement size for you.

If a piece reaches you damaged, with a stitching fault, or is not the item you ordered, tell us within three days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including the courier charge.

Return courier charges for a change of mind or a size exchange are borne by the customer. Made-to-order pieces stitched to your own measurements, and pieces bought at a clearance price, cannot be returned unless there is a fault in our work.

We stitch to your own measurements and produce larger runs in our own facility. Share your fabric, sizes, colours, quantity and the date you need it, and we will confirm the price and timeline in writing before starting.

Handwoven and hand-painted fabrics vary slightly from piece to piece. Small differences in shade, weave or motif placement are part of the craft, not a defect.

Wash jamdani, tangail, silk and half-silk pieces by hand in cold water, or dry clean them. Wash hand-painted and block-printed cotton separately for the first two washes, and dry in shade to keep the colour. Knitwear can be machine washed cold and dried flat.

We collect only what we need to deliver your order: your name, phone number, address and, if you give it, your email. We share your name, address and phone number with the courier handling your parcel, and with nobody else.

We do not sell customer information. You can ask us to delete your details at any time by writing to fashioncircle15@gmail.com, and we will confirm once it is done.

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed once we acknowledge it by phone, WhatsApp or email. Stock can sell out between your order and our confirmation; if that happens we will offer an alternative or refund you in full.
