Roksana Akter is the founder and driving force behind Fashion Circle 15. She built the brand from a passion for quality clothing into a growing enterprise with its own production house — personally curating collections, overseeing sourcing and quality, and nurturing a loyal community of thousands of customers.

Her academic background — a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Laws — brings discipline, ethics and structure to how the business is run, from fair pricing to honest customer dealings. A committed woman entrepreneur, she champions skill, self-reliance and trust as the foundations of the brand.
